Natalie and Kendrick were the first couple I photographed following a contest I ran over on my Facebook page. They're so genuinely sweet. They met at work and were friends for years before they began to date. 11 years later, they're planning their wedding! They're getting married at the Knights of Columbia Hall on June 4, 2016. They're wedding colors are black and gold, and you probably guessed it, they're New Orleans Saints fans! We met up at Beau Jardin in Natchitoches, Louisiana for their engagement session. We also went up to the Louisiana Sports Hall of Frame Museum to use their awesome copper exterior. Enjoy these sweet photos of this soon-to-be-wed couple. With the help of their event coordinator, Kristina, from Kristina's Event Rentals and Gifts, LLC, their wedding will be the perfect representation of who they are, and the love they share.
If this baby looks familar, that's because you've seen her before! I was invited back to Marsha and John's Natchitoches home to photograph Crislee Ann in celebration of her 1st month. She wasn't too fussy through the first half-hour I was there, but soon grew tired of not being held in the latter half of the session. I can't blame her. If I had people around to hold me all day, I won't want to give it up, either!
Crislee's grandfather, also named John, was visiting from Arkansas and we had to get some photos of him with his newest future-Razorback! For some strange reason, she was happiest in his arms. Grandparents are magical that way, I suppose.
