If this baby looks familar, that's because you've seen her before! I was invited back to Marsha and John's Natchitoches home to photograph Crislee Ann in celebration of her 1st month. She wasn't too fussy through the first half-hour I was there, but soon grew tired of not being held in the latter half of the session. I can't blame her. If I had people around to hold me all day, I won't want to give it up, either!
Crislee's grandfather, also named John, was visiting from Arkansas and we had to get some photos of him with his newest future-Razorback! For some strange reason, she was happiest in his arms. Grandparents are magical that way, I suppose.
Enjoy these sweet sneak peeks, including the one of Crislee with her grandmother Ann's pearls. What a powerful sentimental heirloom! Like Marsha said, every woman should have pearls. I don't know if that's true or not, but I feel like this heirloom will have such a special place in her daughter's life in just a few short years when she's capable of appreciating what love they hold.
